Shipping Process
Order Process:
Once we received your order, we will send the package the next day.
Please note that skincare products are sent separately from supplemments and tea orders. If you order skincare and tablets, these will be delivered in two packages.
Ordering on Weekends:
Please note that we only process orders during weekdays from Monday to Friday. If you make an order on weekend, it will be processed and shipped on Monday. This means your order may taker longer. Please mind the non-working weekends for your delivery expectations.
Delivery information:
We use 48hrs tracked Royal Mail shipping method which usually takes 2-3 days to deliver. However, we can’t foresee events that may delay your shipment with Royal mail like their weeekend back log. To avoid disappointment, please order at earliest to cover any delays.
Shipment Tracking Details:
You will receive delivery and tracking information via email from Royal Mail.
Shipping Fee:
Shipping fee is £4.79 which covers 48hr tracking notifications via email and shipping admin fees to prepare orders.
